* Do not check if a username is exclusive if the request is for an appservice in /register

* remove useless comment

* Move statements

* fix broken test

* Also fix the senderLocalpart problem

* Check domain name is ours

* Handle accessTokenErr

* Return unauthorised instead of forbidden
