Till 2475cf4b61 Add some roomserver UTs (#3067) ... Adds tests for `QueryRestrictedJoinAllowed`, `IsServerAllowed` and `PerformRoomUpgrade`. Refactors the `QueryRoomVersionForRoom` method to accept a string and return a `gmsl.RoomVersion` instead of req/resp structs.
