Andrew Morgan 2ccf9f3a32 Explain gb test output (#420 )

`gb test`s output is confusing as it is similar to that of `gb build`.
Rather than building, it's actually running all the tests. If no output
past this shows, then all tests have succeeded.

Updates CONTRIBUTING.md to include a note about this.

Dendrite

Dendrite will be a matrix homeserver written in go.

It's still very much a work in progress, but installation instructions can be found in INSTALL.md

An overview of the design can be found in DESIGN.md
